The trial version of Re:Desk helpdesk ticketing system is identical to the full open source PHP code commercial version of Re:Desk Local edition. Yet, with the trial version you are bound by the following conditions:
- You may install Re:Desk Trial helpdesk only on one website available through the Internet.
- You may install Re:Desk Trial for personal use only. Passing the customer service software or any of its parts to a third-party is strictly prohibited.
- You may use Re:Desk Trial support solution only for thirty (30) days following the day you have installed Re:Desk Trial. After the trial period is over, you can either purchase the full commercial license or remove your copy of the Re:Desk Trial helpdesk.
- According to the license agreement the right to use Re:Desk Trial is granted to a single person only once.
