Re:Desk Software License, access to the source code of the software and one year of access to product updates, which is optionally renewable.

What is staff?

Staff is support agents of your organization's or team members who will receive and resolve tickets. They get an individual access with Re:Desk help desk.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade any plan at any time.

Should I pay any annual fee?

No. All the Re:Desk Local plans are available for one time payment. There is only optional annual price for getting access to the upgraded version of the Re:Desk software. You can read our upgrade policy for detailed information.

Do you have different features for different plans?

Only free version of Re:Desk has limited features (see compare plans table above). All the Re:Desk paid plans are now have the same functionality inside.

Can I customize any colors and code of Re:Desk?

Yes, we provide a full access to the source code of the software, so you will be able to customize the software according to your needs after installation.
