Re:Desk free customer service software downloaded without the license number entered operates in trial mode for 30 days with full functionality, after that it goes to FREE MODE with limited features. You can enter the license number right after support system installation on your local server.

After the trial period is over, Re:Desk switches in a special FREE MODE. The full mode can be activated at any time by purchasing the plan and entering appropriate license code.
