I cannot begin to say how happy we are with Help Desk! We have thousands of weekly inquiries which are being handled with such ease due to the elegance of how the Help Desk system has been designed. I highly recommend this plug in for anyone that has a CS-Cart, it makes communications with customers easy, fast and reliable. Simply Amazing!
